I'm sure it's been bought up before but I couldn't find anything when searching...
Do any of you lot recommend a midi controller? I'm taking the step from 1210's to laptop DJing.. I'm about 10years behind I know... A midi life crises... Anyway I understand Traktor is the preferred software of choice.. I'm looking at various controllers, anything between £120 - £250, not a lot I know but just wanna get started with something that's not going to feel too cheap or fall apart too soon...Or do I need to spend more? I have no idea..

Any help appreciated.

I'd recommend getting a secondhand vestax vci-100, built like a tank, as easy to fix as a mark II cortina and does everything you need to do unless you're some sort of controllerist tool

Not sure mate. I just occasionally noodle about on Traktor on my laptop.*

Don't have a controller but the S2 is a good VFM bundle to start.

*All going off in the disco in my mind.
