Mental.

I read 'Should be mental' in the voice of one of The Inbetweeners

I got my dates mixed up anyway. Kassem Mosse was last week after Applecart. They had Move D in there for the Lovebox afters. Even more mental.

Indeed... mind you, how fucking YOUNG does everyone look?!

That's what I thought when I watched it. T4 goes house.

with all due respect old bean, that's rubbish. And even if the 2Bs H.O.U.S.E credentials were themself in question, lots of kids invading a Lovebox stage on a muddy afternoon to dance to house, is, by it's very nature, H.O.U.....etc

2 Bears are sugar candy pop music surely - that's the message they send to me anyway.

It's hardly a stage invasion like they were back in the early 80s, where you had to bypass security to get on stage.

It's just my opinion like

TOGA, TOGA, TOGA

I'm not knocking him or his credentials, just stating that they're a pop act - nothing less and nothing more

I know through Jim and Dave Stenton that Raf is pretty house. But I agree with Roaul, the 2 Bears aren't. It's coffee table house for people that don't like house, like a jackin' Groove Armada. Fair play though, they do it well and lots of people like it. Mr C wasn't very house in The Shamen but he is VERY house.

Also, dunno how they DJ as 2 bears though? I guess that could be pretty house.

Wow Lovebox Sunday H.O.U.S.E or should I say D.I.S.C.O

Grace smashed it sat on a bass drum smashing it and singing , more Philip Tracy hat changes by himself than a catwalk show - she is a wild superstar crazy diva on stage - awesome

Chaka Chaka Khan - mega voice

Outdoor Cocktail Bar next to acid house brass band playing prodigy outer space - wierd

Chic - Nile Rogers band super funky and great line " Chic are not a covers band , the next three songs are three US number ones I wrote and produced" .

Bumper cars

Weatherall rocking the Downlow

The Trannies walking and Ruling Downlow

The Waltzers ...

It was fucking Sunny at last

Harvey dancing with Luke Howard at HMD after party to I'm coming out

Sunday Rules

Loved it. Chic, Chaka and Grace were proper amazing. Didn't leave the main stage apart from 10 minutes in the NYC Downlow and half an hour at the Stockade to check Kris Di Angelis, who was excellent as well.
I think that main stage was one of the best things I've ever seen at a festival though.
Wow!
From Nile's f'book.

Hey, it's all about breaking down the barriers between rock and house and indie and dance, between the band and the audience, the DJ and the dancers.

Either way, wish I'd have gone just for Hot Chip let alone Sunday's lineup.
Was it too quiet again though?
